Ntrvls is the simplest interval training timer ever. Build your workouts as easily as typing text messages. No confusing menus. No complicated screens.

Whether your workout is from a coach, fitness magazine, the internet, or self inspired, simply type it and off you go. You can even pick the color screen color for each interval. Save the workout for later and update your sessions as you improve speed, power, and endurance.

We also are huge fans of Strava, so we included a way to upload your detailed workout sessions to the Strava athlete feed. That way, you can post the work you’ve put in even if it was indoors on a treadmill or trainer.
